Meet Dr. Lydia Han

Lydia Han, O.D. received her Doctor of Optometry from the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry in 2021. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2015.

Dr. Han specializes in low vision and contact lenses. While on a medical mission trip to Haiti, Dr. Han experienced the dire need for vision care. This medical mission trip inspired Dr. Han to improve people’s vision as an optometrist. Dr. Han strives to advocate for people with low vision, encouraging patients to fight for a brighter and better future and a functional vision that can be optimized to improve their quality of life.

As an optometrist, Dr. Han loves being able to help patients see better and feel better about their vision. Additionally, Dr. Han enjoys constantly learning about life as she meets new patients, hears their stories, and gets to know her team members.

In Dr. Hans’s free time, she enjoys watching movies, golfing, traveling, and exploring and trying new food places.
